Free pumping tracker
Pumping tracker.
Every little drop.
Your pumping log, kept simple. Add a session, see your daily total, and make room for the rest of your day.
Your pumping journal
A pumping log that keeps the details together.
Record the time, amount expressed, and session duration. Your selected day’s total updates as you add entries. This is a record of what you entered, not a milk-supply target or a recommended pumping schedule.
Make your log useful to you
Use the same units when comparing sessions, or let the tool convert US fluid ounces to milliliters. Export your history if you want to discuss it with a lactation professional. You can remove any entry using its delete button.

How to use this tool
- Enter a completed session’s date and time. Add the amount expressed in mL or US fluid ounces.
- Optionally add session duration, then save. Choose a day to see its recorded total and average per session.
- Export the pumping log as CSV to keep a separate copy. Entries remain in this browser until deleted.
A pumping calculator for the sessions you log
The daily total adds recorded volumes after unit conversion. For example, three entries of 60, 90 and 75 mL total 225 mL; their average is 75 mL per logged session. An unrecorded session is not included. These calculations summarize your log and do not estimate how much milk your baby needs.
Questions about pumping tracker
Can I use this as a breast milk pumping log?
Yes. Record the time, milk expressed and optional duration for each session. Select a date to review that day and export all saved sessions as CSV.
Does it track left and right pumping amounts separately?
There are no separate left and right fields. Enter the combined amount for a session. The tool does not record breast-specific totals.
Can I mix ounces and milliliters?
Yes. Each US fluid ounce is converted to approximately 29.5735 mL. Daily totals appear in mL and US fl oz.
Is this connected to the Dr. Baby app?
No. This web tracker stores entries locally in your browser. The Dr. Baby app is coming soon, and these entries do not sync to it.
